My portfolio consists of two domains: Digital servicing to help with operational efficiency & cost and Membership to increase lifetime value, engagement, and overall customer satisfaction. Since joining the team, the work I've delivered has resulted in a higher mobile share of servicing journeys and contributed to an increase in percent share of wallet through engagement of the membership experience.
